How to register a choreography?

1. Add dancer / dancers in the platform
   • click "Add dancer"
   • complete all information
   • ok - you will be shown a table with added dancers
2. Add a choreography
   • click "Add choreography"
   • complete required information
   • ok - you will be shown a table with added choreographies
3. Add dancers in a choreography
   • click "List all choreographies"
   • click editing button (pencil)
   • click selection area, add the dancer then click "+"; the dancer will appear in the "Dancers" table of the choreography
   • each dancer from the choreography table can be easily removed by clicking "-"
   • ok - information has been updated
4. Upload music for choreography
   • click "List all choreographies"
   • click the upload / delete music button (musical note)
   • choose .mp3 file
   • ok - the song will be uploaded
   • if you chose the wrong song and wish to replace it, click the upload / delete music button and delete the song
5. Register choreography in competition
   • click pe "Register choreograph"
   • select choreography
   • select division
   • choose section, the age category will be chosen automatically
   • ok - after confirmation regarding the correct choosing the division, the choreography will be registered
   • If you click "List all choreographies", your registered choreography will have a "green check mark"
   • to see the summary of the registration click the "see summary" button (green check mark) in the right of the choreography

Attention

• A dancer within a choreography can only be edited (correct name / date of birth) after being removed from the choreography. After editing, he can be reinserted in the choreography
• A registered choreography can only be edited if you delete the registration
• For each registration you will receive a unique numerical code via e-mail, along with the summary of the registration. When making the payment for the registration, please mention this code. As an alternative for this code you may use the title of the choreography and it’s ID (specified in the e-mail)
